Privacy Policy for Roundora
Last updated: June 15, 2026 FastReem built Roundora as a padel tournament manager app. This Privacy Policy explains how Roundora handles information when you use the app.1. Overview
Roundora is designed to help users create and manage padel tournaments, players, scores, rankings, timers, schedules, and backups. Roundora works mainly offline. The tournament data you create in the app is stored locally on your device. FastReem does not require you to create an account to use Roundora, and FastReem does not operate a cloud sync service for your tournament data in the current version of the app.2. Information stored locally on your device
Roundora may store the following information locally on your device:- Player names entered by the user
- Saved player groups
- Tournament names and settings
- Match schedules
- Scores and rankings
- Timer and tournament progress
- Backup and restore information selected by the user
3. Backup and restore
Roundora allows users to export and restore backups. When you export a backup, the app creates a backup file only after you choose where to save it. When you restore a backup, the app reads the file only after you select it. FastReem does not automatically upload your backup files to its own servers. If you choose to store or share a backup file using another app or cloud service, that service may process the file according to its own privacy policy.4. Sharing features
Roundora includes sharing features for rankings and schedules. Sharing happens only when you choose to use the Android share sheet. The app may generate text or images containing tournament information such as player names, rankings, schedules, and scores. You choose which app or service receives the shared content. FastReem does not control how third-party apps handle information after you share it.5. Advertising
Roundora may show ads using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, improve ad quality, and comply with legal requirements. This may include information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, approximate location, diagnostics, and other technical data depending on your device settings, region, and consent choices. Where required, Roundora may show a consent message using Google’s User Messaging Platform. You may be able to choose personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your region and applicable laws. Google handles information collected through its advertising services according to Google’s own privacy policies and advertising policies.6. Permissions
Roundora may request or use the following Android permissions:- Internet access, used for loading ads
- Network state access, used to check network availability for ads
- Vibration, used for timer alerts when enabled by the user
7. Third-party services
Roundora may use third-party services, including:- Google AdMob

8. Data deletion
Since Roundora stores tournament data locally on your device, you can delete this data by:- Deleting tournaments or players inside the app, where available
- Clearing the app data from your Android device settings
